Privacy Policy
Sada (sadasocial.com) is a content management tool operated by Luminaura Labs, Kingdom of Bahrain. Our team uses it to prepare, approve and publish social media posts. This policy explains what Sada collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google or Facebook, so we can sign you in.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect an account such as Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, we receive the basic profile information that platform shares (for example your display name, avatar and account ID) and access tokens that let Sada act on your behalf.
- Content: the draft photos, videos, captions and settings you prepare and approve in Sada.
- Post results: public performance numbers the platform provides for posts made through Sada, such as views and likes.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a security cookie, and IP addresses used for rate limiting.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To publish content to your connected accounts, and only content you have explicitly approved.
- To show you how your posts performed.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the platforms you connect, which receive the content you approve for posting, and the service providers that host and email for us.
Facebook and Instagram
If you sign in with Facebook, Sada receives your name and email address from Facebook Login, only to sign you in. If you connect an Instagram professional account or a Facebook Page, Sada uses Meta's APIs to read the account's basic profile, publish the posts you approve, and read the performance numbers Meta provides for those posts. You can remove Sada at any time in Sada's Connections page or in your Instagram or Facebook settings (Apps and Websites); when you do, Meta notifies Sada and we delete the access tokens. You can also ask us to delete your data by emailing the address below.
TikTok
If you connect TikTok, Sada uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API to read your basic profile and to upload or post the photos and videos you approve, with the caption and privacy setting you choose. Sada never posts without your approval. You can disconnect Sada at any time in Sada's Connections page or in your TikTok app settings.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers we operate. Access tokens are stored encrypted. Connections are served over HTTPS only.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect a social account, its tokens are deleted. To delete your Sada account and its data, email [email protected] and we will do so within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
