Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Sada (sadasocial.com), a content management tool operated by Luminaura Labs, Kingdom of Bahrain. By using Sada you agree to them.
The service
Sada lets invited users prepare draft photo and video posts, review them, and publish approved posts to social media accounts they connect. Access is by invitation.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Only connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
Your content
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store it and to send it to the platforms you choose, only so Sada can provide the service.
- Sada publishes a post only after you approve it. You are responsible for what you approve, and it must follow the law and each platform's rules, including the terms and community guidelines of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Third-party platforms
Sada works with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions.
Availability
We aim to keep Sada running but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Luminaura Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Sada.
Ending use
You can stop using Sada and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
